How Long Will My Order Take?

Delivery times depend on whether your product is held in stock or manufactured to order.

Stock products - Many standard products are normally despatched within 2–3 working days of receiving your order.

Gates, height restriction barriers and bespoke products - These products are manufactured to order and typically require approximately 3–4 working weeks, depending on the product type, size, finish and our current manufacturing schedule.

Estimated lead times will be confirmed when we provide your quotation or process your order. Please contact us before ordering if you have an urgent deadline, and we’ll let you know what may be possible.

How Will My Order Be Delivered?

The delivery method will depend on the size, weight and quantity of the products ordered.

Smaller products - Smaller orders, including many bollards and parking posts, may be despatched as parcels using a standard courier.

Larger products - Gates, height restriction barriers and other large or heavy products are normally delivered through a pallet network or specialist carrier. Some oversized products cannot be delivered using a tail lift. In these circumstances, suitable offloading equipment, such as a forklift or other appropriate lifting equipment, must be available at the delivery address.

We’ll advise you of any known offloading requirements before despatch. Please tell us before ordering if access is restricted or suitable lifting equipment will not be available.

Orders received after 12 noon may be processed on the following working day.

What Should I Check Before Delivery?

Before your order is despatched, please make sure:

The delivery address and contact details are correct.

The delivery vehicle can safely access the site.

Somebody will be available to accept the delivery.

Suitable offloading equipment is available where required.

We have been told about any restricted access, delivery times or site requirements.

Providing this information in advance helps us choose the most suitable delivery method and reduces the risk of delays or additional charges.

Where Do We Deliver?

We deliver throughout mainland UK across the majority of our product range.

We do not currently offer delivery to Ireland or Northern Ireland.

However, customers may arrange to collect completed orders from our premises by prior agreement.

Some remote and offshore locations may require a separate carriage quotation.

Will Additional Carriage Charges Apply?

Standard website carriage charges may not apply to some remote, island and offshore locations.

What Happens if a Delivery Cannot Be Completed?

Any additional redelivery or carriage costs may need to be passed on to the customer. Please contact us as soon as possible if the delivery arrangements change.
