We currently deliver throughout mainland UK. Please note that we are unable to provide shipping services to Ireland and Northern Ireland. Orders may still be placed for collection from our premises.
Carriage charges are not included in the listed product price for certain remote and offshore regions. Customers located in the areas below must contact us prior to ordering to obtain an accurate carriage quotation.
All of our Gates, Height Restriction Barriers, and Bespoke Products are manufactured to order in the UK. All other products are generally delivered within 2/3 working days from receipt of order.
Typical production lead time is 3–4 working weeks from receipt of order, depending on product type, size and finish. For urgent requirements, please contact us before ordering.
Due to the size and weight of our Gates and Height Barriers:
Deliveries are made via pallet network or specialist carrier. Offloading facilities are required (forklift or suitable lifting equipment). Tail-lift delivery is not available for oversized items. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure safe and adequate offloading at the delivery address.
Bollards and posts (up to quantities of 10) are generally dispatched as parcels via standard courier (DX).
Failed delivery attempts will incur additional carriage and re-delivery charges.
Customers must inspect goods upon arrival. Any damage or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence. Claims reported outside this period may not be accepted.
If delivery cannot be completed due to lack of access or offloading facilities, additional carriage and re-delivery charges will apply.
Orders placed after 12:00pm may be processed the following working day.
All Gates, Height Barriers and Bespoke products are manufactured to order, delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.
Product prices displayed on our website exclude carriage to remote and offshore regions listed above. Final carriage charges will be confirmed prior to despatch where applicable.
