Pick diameter, wall thickness, height above FFL, bolt‑down plate or root‑fix embed. Add reflective bands, hazard stripes, branded colours or sleeves.

Design & Order Process (5 Simple Steps)

1. Scope & Risk Info – Tell us what you’re protecting (people / structure / kit) and what might hit it (car, FLT, HGV).
2. Measure / Survey – Provide dims, i.e. floor mounted overall height, built in height above ground (bear in mind that a third of what is above ground goes below), diameter of tube or size of box section. Fully welded flat caps, domed caps, no caps so you can infill with concrete, or seperate caps which can be inserted once infilled with concrete.
3. Design & Quote – We’ll create a sketch showing, spec materials, finishes & fixings, and send pricing + lead time.
4. Fabricate & Finish (UK) – Cut, weld, prep, galvanise and (if ordered) powder coat if required / via approved finishing partners.
5. Deliver or Install – Supply‑only shipment to UK Mainland, please make sure you have offloading facilities. We can phase deliveries for large sites.

Hot‑dip Galvanised Mild Steel - Full zinc protection. Outdoors, wet / salt areas. Most popular base finish.

Powder Coated over Galv - Colour + corrosion. Pedestrian areas, branding. Safety yellow / black+yellow / RAL match.
