Heavy-duty galvanised and powder-coated steel swing gates manufactured in the UK for secure vehicle access across commercial, industrial and public-sector sites.
Combining hot-dip galvanising with a powder-coated finish, these gates provide enhanced corrosion protection together with a high-quality coloured appearance. This duplex finish makes them particularly suitable for demanding outdoor environments where both long-term durability and appearance are important.
Manufactured at our West Midlands facility, our fully welded manual swing gates are available with 3m, 4m, 5m and 6m clear openings, measured between the inside faces of the posts. Bespoke widths, heights and alternative steel section sizes can also be manufactured to suit individual project requirements.
Gates are supplied with root-fixed posts as standard, with bolt-down options available on request. A choice of RAL powder-coat colours is available to suit individual site requirements, corporate branding or surrounding infrastructure.
Nationwide delivery and professional installation are also available.
A galvanised and powder-coated finish, often referred to as a duplex coating system, combines two different forms of protection for the steel.
The gate is first hot-dip galvanised, providing a protective zinc coating to the steel. A powder-coated finish is then applied over the galvanised surface, providing an additional protective layer together with the customer's chosen RAL colour.
This combination is particularly suitable for outdoor gates where long-term corrosion protection, durability and appearance are all important.
